On your correspondence, please make sure to include your Social Security number (required), original account number, our file number (if available) and/or any documentation relevant to your dispute. We will not process disputes that do not have this information or appropriate evidence and/or documentation to substantiate your claim.

Upon receipt of these documents we will address them in the order they were received and will contact as necessary with any updates.
